PAYMENT INFORMATION:
An order can be placed by phone, email, or letter. When placing a order
with us, we require a 50% deposit of the purchase price,
the remaining balance is to be paid in full and clear 7 days before
we will deliver.
Payment methods
We accept cheques and postal orders via post made payable to Hutchinson
Hire
Goods will only be shipped once cheques, and have fully cleared this
could be anything from 5 - 7 working days.

Our prices are as displayed on our website. At the moment there is
NO VAT TO PAY
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING CHARGES:
All orders are subject to a minimum £10.00 packing and administration
charge.
12x12s inflatable bouncy castle are subject to a £55.00 delivery
charge
14x14s inflatable bouncy castle are subject to a £70.00,
Electric fans are subject to a £10.00 delivery charge and Sand
Bags (Unfilled) are subject to a £10.00 delivery charge
We use TNT Courier Service & Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for
all items in the U.K
Inflatables Delivery to Ireland is subject to a £175.00 delivery
charge
DELIVERY TIMES:
We will be able to to give you a approximate delivery time via Telephone,
e-mail etc.
We aim to deliver goods 7 days after cheques and has fully cleared.
As soon as your castle is ready the remaining payment is due immediately.
Hutchinson Hire excepts No responsibility for late or non - delivery,
unless the carrier and ourselves are notified in writing within 7
days.
Please do not take out any bouncy castle bookings before you receive
your inflatable, as we will not be held responsible for any payment
lost.
Hutchinson Hire shall not be liable for any consequential loss incurred
by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly
out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS & PROPERTY:
Hutchinson Hire remains the owner of all goods shipped to the buyer
until the Company has been paid in full
The Seller remains the owner of the equipment until such time as all
the money due for Customer of the said equipment is received and until
such time the Customer is expressly prohibited from selling, parting
with possession, charging, hiring or otherwise disposing of the equipment.
If a Customer acts in breach of this clause he shall be deemed to
do so as a fiduciary Agent of the Seller. Until all such money is
received, the Customer must keep the equipment in good condition and
in full working order, in the event of any failure by the Customer
to pay the Seller any sums due in respect of the said equipment in
accordance with the agreed terms, or in the event of any other breach
by the Customer of these terms and conditions or in the event of bankruptcy,
before final payment, the Seller shall be entitled to retake possession
of the equipment.
WARRANTY:
All new Bouncy Castles & Inflatable's have a limited life exspentantcy
and manufacturers warranty, which is applicable against any manufacturing
defect in workmanship and build of the inflatable and against material
defect for a period of 12 months, from the delivery date.
Inflatatables must be kept dry and not to be exposed to waterlogging.
Hutchinson Hire shall be under no liability in respect of any defect
arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal
working conditions, failure to follow Hutchinson Hire instructions
(whether in writing or oral ), misuse or alteration or repair of the
Goods without Hutchinson Hire's approval
Any Inflatable returned to us for inspection must be in dry and clean
condition.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be made and take effect as a contract made in
England and shall be governed by and construed in all respects in
accordance with the Laws of England, and each party hereby submits
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of England UK.
DISCLIAMER
Hutchinson Hire have made every possible effort to illustrate size
and dimensions as shown and sizes may vary slightly.

Hutchinson Hire remains the owner of all goods shipped to the buyer
